In light of the ongoing measures imposed to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of our community, we advise our exhibition and event ‘Who’s Designing Your Future?’ as part of the Geelong Design Week has been postponed.
We’d also like to advise that the Upstart Challenge Launch Event on March 26 has been postponed until Term 2.
Thank you to the schools that have already registered for the Ballarat Upstart Challenge we will be in touch in Term 2 with any updates to the program.
We understand that this it’s disappointing to all involved however our decision has been made to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community.

However, all is not lost and the current restrictions also provides us with the opportunity – to share some of the exhibition stories online. Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be celebrating our young entrepreneurs journeys and updates on “Where are they now”. So stay tuned and to your favourite Social Media and let’s start some new conversations online as we continue to kickstart tomorrow’s changemakers!
A huge thank you to our students, past and present, who have given a lot of their time to help us organise and curate the exhibition. It’ll be great to have some online interaction and we look forward to providing more opportunities for our creative and design communities to collaborate going forward with more updates on the Geelong Design Week plans to follow.
