We have been working with leadership and mentoring specialist Linda Betts to create our Upstart Mentor Training Workshop which will be essential for all our mentors to complete going forward.
Linda is highly experienced in this area and has worked with many corporate and small businesses and is an excellent facilitator.
As well as giving you the grounding in mentoring skills, through this training opportunity, the workshop will provide you with the opportunity to renew, refresh and learn new skills with broad applicability in the many roles you play at work and home.
